Great value and helpful staff

I recently spent a weekend at a Soviet-era hotel in Moscow and was pleasantly surprised by the great value for my stay. The staff were extremely helpful, even managing to check me in early so I could rest after my flight. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was included in my stay, offering a wide variety of options to start my day.

While the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the decor was outdated and not to my taste. the toiletry space in the bathroom was limited, making it difficult to keep all of my belongings organized.

Really very close to moscow zoo. We greatly enjoyed staying at bega. Basmanny neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. 40 minutes by car from the airport.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The complimentary champagne bottle and chocolates in the room was a nice touch. The location was very convenient, only a short walk to the metro station, which made it easy to get around. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and we had to call housekeeping to come back and attend to it. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to plan our days.

We stayed at a hotel located near the Hippodrome, making it a great location for those attending events there. The hotel was just outside the city center but close to a bus station and metro stop. Our room was comfortable with a clean, updated bathroom and pleasant view of the horse racing tracks. The staff was helpful and provided good service, and the breakfast was included and satisfactory. We especially enjoyed the 24-hour restaurant and the convenience of a nearby supermarket.

The room service was inconsistent and sometimes not up to par.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the oldest racecourse in Russia. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the race track and the city skyline. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and dedicated to ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also provided free toiletries and an electric kettle which was a nice touch. The lobby had a cozy atmosphere with coffee and tea available for guests. The staff spoke good English, making communication easy and hassle-free. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to others.

Bega Hotel was situated fine , close to Ring 3 road . Very good that WiFi came free of charge during my stay.

Location is excellent, cleanliness and friendly staff. Good parking and a view of the racetrack.

My number was less than the reported 18 meters. The TV must have been 15 inches in size. There were no napkins.
